SimGo ("we", "us", or "our") operates the SimGo mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information to provide and improve our service:

Account information: Your name, email address, and phone number when you create an account or sign in.
Authentication data: If you sign in with Apple, we receive only the information Apple provides (name and email). If you sign in with a phone number, we verify your number via SMS.
Purchase history: Records of eSIM plans you have purchased through the App.
Device information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for debugging and compatibility purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Create and manage your account
Process and deliver eSIM purchases
Send transactional communications (purchase confirmations, activation instructions)
Provide customer support
Improve the App and diagnose technical issues
Comply with legal obligations

3. Firebase and Third-Party Services

We use Google Firebase for authentication and data storage. Firebase may collect additional analytics data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

We use Sign in with Apple as an authentication option. Apple's use of data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:

eSIM providers: To activate and deliver the eSIM plan you purchase (limited to what is necessary for activation).
Payment processors: To process payments securely. We do not store full card details.
Legal authorities: When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Opt out of non-essential communications

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS) and secure authentication flows. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
