Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 11, 2026

SimGo is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use SimGo. By using SimGo, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide you with a seamless eSIM experience:

  • Account information: Your email address and, where applicable, your name, used to create and manage your account.
  • Authentication data: Credentials used to verify your identity when you sign in. If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive only the minimal information Apple makes available.
  • Order history: Records of eSIM plans you have purchased, including the destination, plan details, and transaction date.
  • Device information: Basic technical details such as device model and operating system version, used solely for compatibility and troubleshooting.
  • Usage data: Anonymised, aggregated information about how you interact with the App, used to improve the user experience.

We do not collect payment card details. All payments are processed securely by certified third-party payment providers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to:

  • Create, maintain, and secure your account
  • Process and fulfil your eSIM purchases
  • Send transactional messages such as order confirmations and activation instructions
  • Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries
  • Diagnose technical issues and improve the App
  • Meet our legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. If we send optional updates or offers about SimGo, you can opt out at any time.

3. Data Sharing

We share your information only where strictly necessary:

  • eSIM fulfilment: When you purchase a plan, we share the minimum required details with our network partners to activate and deliver your eSIM.
  • Payment processing: Payment transactions are handled by certified payment processors. We do not store, see, or have access to your full card details.
  • Service providers: Trusted vendors that host our infrastructure or help us operate and support the App, acting only on our instructions and bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by applicable law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information under any circumstances.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure, industry-standard cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Access to personal data is strictly limited to authorised personnel who need it to operate the App.

While we apply rigorous security measures, no system is entirely immune to risk. We encourage you to use a strong password and to contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable period (normally 30 days), except where retention is required by applicable law, regulation, or for legitimate business purposes such as tax records, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated personal data
  • Withdraw consent for optional communications at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and in any case within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

7. Children's Privacy

SimGo is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us and we will delete the information promptly.

8. International Users

SimGo is operated from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you access the App from outside Saudi Arabia, your information may be transferred to and processed in a jurisdiction with different privacy laws. By using the App, you consent to this transfer. We take appropriate steps to ensure your data is handled securely regardless of where it is processed.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
