These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SimGo mobile application and website (together, the "Service"), operated from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By creating an account or purchasing an eSIM plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
SimGo sells prepaid eSIM data plans for international travel. Plans are digital products: after a successful payment, your eSIM is generated and delivered inside the app, normally within moments — nothing is shipped physically. If delivery fails, Section 5 (Refunds) applies.
An eSIM requires an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device. It is your responsibility to confirm that your device supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked before purchasing. The app lists supported devices to help you check.
You need an account to purchase plans. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement to buy a plan. The Service is not intended for children under 13.
Your eSIM is delivered digitally in the app, normally immediately after a successful payment, together with installation instructions (one-tap install or QR code). Plan validity starts according to the plan's stated activation policy — for most plans, when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at the destination. Each plan's data allowance, validity, and coverage are shown before purchase, and it is your responsibility to review them before confirming an order.
For any issue with an order, contact [email protected] with your order details and we will do our best to help.
Plans are for personal use. You agree not to resell eSIMs without our written authorization, not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, and to comply with the acceptable-use policies of the local networks that provide coverage. We may suspend service in cases of abuse, fraud, or unlawful use.
Data service is provided over third-party local networks at your destination. Actual coverage, speed, and availability depend on those networks, your device, and your location, and may vary or be interrupted. We do our best to publish accurate coverage information but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free connectivity.
The SimGo name, logo, app, and website content are the property of SimGo and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimGo's total liability for any claim arising from a plan or the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses caused by lack of connectivity (such as missed calls, missed bookings, or lost business). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
You agree to indemnify and hold SimGo harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, and we may modify or discontinue features of the Service — plans you have already purchased are either honored or refunded under Section 5. Lawful purchases made before termination remain governed by these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including actions of local network operators, regulators, or force majeure events. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and SimGo regarding the Service.
